Richard Cheetham

Born, 27/07/1984 British Rider Billy Cheetham has been racing DH MTB for 15 years. Billy opened thebikeyard late 2009 due to injury that would see him out of racing for a season. In 2011 Billy decided to try his hand at 4X and ended up finishing 6th in Pro Elite! For 2012 Billy will be competing in Enduro events with his new sponsor Ghost.

"I have just opened my own bike shop business in Leamington as well as running a local 4x club so my goal would be to expand both and get as many people riding as possible."

Nathan Parsons

Nate Parsons has made a huge impact in 2010 when he started racing 4X.
In 2011 Nato competed in the National 4x series, Pro Elite category closing the gap on the UK number 1 Scott Beaumont all season.Nath finished off 2nd Overall a huge achievement for his 2nd years racing!
For 2012 Nath will be competing in more Euro and Pro series events.
"My first world cup race at Fort William was an amazing experience, there was a huge crowd and the pressure was on to qualify. Seeing just how quick Romain Saladini and Jared Graves were made me all the more determined!"

Josh Bremridge

Josh has been racing localy since he was 13, this commitment really showed last year when he was placing highly, unfortunately due to a broken collar bone mid season he was out of the 2010 season. In the 2011 season josh had a shaky start but then soon caught up finishing 2nd overall!

"...To get 1st in NPS4X and hopefully ride World cups."

Cai Mahon

Cai started his first season in 4X 2010 at the age of 14, he continued to race well throughout the season in juvenile.
Cai like Josh also had a broken collar mid way through the 2010 season, making 2011 a come back season. Cai finished 9th overall in 2011. Cai is continuing racing 4x for the 2012 season.

"Crossing the finish line first, in my first ever moto.
Racing my first ever national in the horrendous mud of UK bike park, but even with my doubts, finished 2nd overall."

Elliot Thompson Knight

Elliot is the baby of the team at only 14 years old, 2011 was his first year competing at a National 4x level.Elliot shows nothing but commitment to his team and through this has had some top results currently ranked 3rd in the UK for 4x in 2011. For 2012 Elliot wanted to mix thing up a bit and try competing in the Midlands Downhill events hoping to score enough points to enter the Nationals, then maybe one day World Cup level.

Michelle Paget

Michelle Paget RLSCC/thebikeyards only female rider. Michelle races XC (Cross Country)and finished 2nd overall in the Midlands Championships.
Of all the team riders Michelle is most dedicated, attending every single roller training session and Tuesdays Time trails getting personel bests every single week!
In 2012 Michelle will continue competing in Cross Country. Michelle was also nominated to run the (RLSCC) Royal leamington Spa Cycle club.

Dom Barden

Dom is new to the team this season. We spotted Dom on the race scene having some impressive races in the 2011 season Dom finished 8th Overall in the Junior Category.

Chris Beckett

Chris has been a RLSCC member for 2 years now, after finally getting him to race in the 2011 season he qualified to be a team rider. Chris will compete in the British 4x series in 2012.
